Mindmapping

Hello again my lovely darlings!

Today's post is all about mindmapping, and mapping out that amazing idea for a new performance, play script or screenplay. For me, this is a crucial step for any new idea I have, whatever it may be, as I need to get my ideas down FAST. Sometimes, this won't be my first step- often I'll note down everything I can think of on my IPhone's notes, in a big long chunk. Here is an example from my recent mini-play, 'Drama is a Real Subject':

Whilst this method (I like to call it 'quickfiring') is great to quickly jot your ideas down, I then like to put them collectively into a mindmap on the app 'SimpleMind, as shown below:

With this i can scrap the paper and just quickly copy over my ideas from my IPhone notes.
